Georg Jensen is looking for a AX2012 Consultant for the Application Management team in Global IT. The position is based at HQ in Frederiksberg, close to Metro, bus, and the Frederiksberg Gardens.

We are recruiting an Axapta 2012 Consultant with expertise in the retail area, specifically focusing on items, stock warehouses, orders purchase, integrations, POS, finance, and supply chain.

Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd level support to resolve issues related to Axapta 2012 in the retail domain.
- Consultant tasks, including minor development tasks, to enhance and optimize the system.
- Participate in projects, ensuring the successful implementation of retail-related functionalities.
- Contribute to the release flow and take part in the release process.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and end-users to understand and address their requirements
and business process’. - Demonstrate excellent service-mindedness, a positive attitude, patience, and a proactive approach.
- Display the ability to handle sometimes complicated issues and find practical solutions.
- Embrace the opportunity to work from home on certain days, while also being physically present at the headquarters as required.
- Be prepared for some weekend hours due to the nature of releases taking place on weekends.
The ideal candidate has:
- 5+ years’ experience and experience with Axapta 2012 in the retail domain.
- Familiarity with items, stock warehouses, orders purchase, integrations, POS, finance, and supply chain processes.
- Experience and used to work in an operation department
- Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
- Service-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional support and solutions.
- Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving abilities.
- Appreciation for the diversity within the company and a commitment to valuing every individual.
- Flexibility to be physically present at the headquarters and work occasional weekend hours.
