Would you like to be our self-driven IT Business Support and handling all IT related questions?
Then we offer you a position in one of the fastest growing companies in the world as team manager and the responsible person for establishing and developing a European fleet network for our 9,000 DSV trailers.

You will be our IT Business Support in our DSV Equipment Center (EQC). In EQC, we rent out various trailers, containers and forklifts to other DSV functions across Europe. We are focused on efficiency, differentiating ourselves and creating customer value. We do not want to be like all the others – we want to do things differently, and your input on how we run our support service is more than welcome.
IT and business support
As IT Business Support you are our first line support in DSV Equipment and you represent our department in IT development projects. Most importantly is you help EQC employees and workshops with any software and hardware issues, either directly or via DSV Group IT. Further you drive and implement internal IT related business change processes.
In addition, you will:
You will work at a DSV location of your choice in either Denmark or the Netherlands and can expect approximately 3-5 travel days a month – primarily in Europe.

IT and business support
As IT Business Support you are our first line support in DSV Equipment and you represent our department in IT development projects. Most importantly is you help EQC employees and workshops with any software and hardware issues, either directly or via DSV Group IT. Further you drive and implement internal IT related business change processes.
In addition, you will:
- Be responsible for providing technical infrastructure knowledge and capability within our Fleet Management System
- Manage our internal development, configurations, interfaces to external systems
- Gather data for use to, for instance, reports and new screens
- Give internal training regarding updates in the system
- Analyse data to optimize utility factor for the current fleet
- Try different approaches regarding solving the unexpected by creating scenarios/models where the aim should be to streamline the different processes
- Work on other ad hoc IT-related tasks, e.g. GPS systems, alarm systems, Mobile App, MS Office, Wi-Fi, hardware in the different offices and workshops

To thrive in this role, it is essential that you have:
- 2 years of professional experience from the industry
- An interest in IT related matters and a broad hands-on IT experience
- The ability to prioritize your tasks appropriately during peak hours
- A service-minded approach and the ability to deliver excellent customer service via telephone and e-mail
- Sound communication skills, effortlessly written and verbally in English
- Experience in user trainings and creating user guide lines
- The ability to “think out of the box” and to be creative in finding solutions in an efficient and cost-effective way.
