You will be part of Global IT situated around the world. Specifically, you will join the team at our headquarters in Hørsholm. Here, you will work side by side with 11 supportive and experienced colleagues.
Internal support for our global set-up
You will join our IT Support team at our headquarters in Hørsholm, Denmark. From here, you will help people across the organization with any technical problems or provide IT assistance with our Microsoft environment.
You will get to help colleagues both face to face and remotely – and if you like, you will get to go on occasional trips to our departments in Europe to provide onsite support. Specifically, you will be:

- The single point of contact for colleagues
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems and networks as well as printers and scanners
- Helping with anything from creating user profiles to assisting with Office365
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Continually ensure the proper documentation

Do you have strong personal skills?

- Have a relevant education or experience within an IT-related field
- Have strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies
- Have strong problem-solving skills
- Speak and write both English and Danish
