At Siteimprove, we’re looking for an IT supporter student for an exciting and challenging position in a modern IT environment and company. You’ll become part of our IT Operations team, which ensures stable operation, continuous development and maintenance of the IT infrastructure, as well as providing the best possible support and service to the organization.
The team consists of 6 dedicated employees and we strive to deliver a high level of service and are committed to go the extra mile.
In collaboration with your colleagues in IT operations, you will be engaged but not limited to the following task:

At Siteimprove, we’re looking for an IT supporter student for an exciting and challenging position in a modern IT environment and company. You’ll become part of our IT Operations team, which ensures stable operation, continuous development and maintenance of the IT infrastructure, as well as providing the best possible support and service to the organization.
The team consists of 6 dedicated employees and we strive to deliver a high level of service and are committed to go the extra mile.
In collaboration with your colleagues in IT operations, you will be engaged but not limited to the following task:
- 1st level support via ServiceDesk and onsite.
- User administration in Active Directory, Office 365 and other systems.
- Creation of user guides and other documentation.
- Installation and setup of user laptops etc.
- Participate in various IT projects.
What we require of you
- are passionate about helping others and find it natural to provide an outstanding service.
- are service minded and outgoing and take pride in adhering to deadlines and appointments.
- are passionate about IT and find it motivating to learn.
- thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days look the same.
- are fluent in reading and writing English.
We Would Love If You
- are familiar with Microsoft products.
- are familiar with basic network technologies.
- are familiar with hardware troubleshooting and support
- have a structured approach to your work and are not afraid to ask for help when in doubt.
- We expect that you have completed the initial basic trainee program of the IT supporter education.
