As an IT Support Technician, you will gain broad business knowledge of the company’s activities globally, as well as understand how the complexity of IT supports the transport and logistics business.

• Manages end user expectation for all IT services received (incl. provisioned remotely via other teams and vendors)
• Engages and train end users on available technology for increased productivity and cost efficiency
• Provides onsite support for end user workspace management, incl. laptop, desktop, mobile, tablet, printer, etc.
• Supports hardware and software asset management/ tracking/ auditing according to global processes
• Fulfils incidents and service requests that either require or benefit from physical presence
• Provides input and recommendations to continuous improvement projects both at regional and global level
• Provides VIP services to selected customers where relevant
• Excellent communications skills with customer service mindset
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Familiar across end user computing gadgets - Microsoft products, and intel equipment’s software and hardware
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently or as a team, following direction given
• Ability to work under pressure
• Passion for technology and cutting-edge solutions
• ITIL Framework knowledge / Service Management tool experience is an advantage
• Training / coaching experiencing is an advantage
• Audio/Video knowledge is an advantage
• Network knowledge (e.g. CCNA) is an advantage
• Customer service experience is an advantage
