The Graduate Program is a two-year program, starting in February 2023, where you will receive tailored training together with a group of other graduates and you will be working in 1-3 different projects being part of an Accenture team implementing business critical IT systems to our clients.
The Program is designed for you whether you are a developer and want to develop your coding skills or you who want to develop your skills within agile, business requirement, testing, data analysis, configuration or something in between. The Graduate Program is relevant for you who enjoy working on projects where we implement IT systems for our clients and generate business value.

What will my workday as a graduate consultant be like?
Dependent on the client, the expectation is that you work from the client site 4 days a week, at some projects it is also possible to work some days from home or the Accenture office located in Copenhagen (Carlsberg Byen).
You’ll be an integral part of our projects and play a role – as you learn – in helping companies accelerate their enterprise transformation with innovative technology services to deliver lasting value. Depending on your skills and growth focus areas you may:
- Understand, design, and develop large IT solutions – either from a functional business side or from a technical coding side depending on where your interests are
- Work side by side with clients to understand and meet their needs
- Test advanced technology systems
- Configure standard solutions and build interfaces between systems
- Analyze and present complex data
- Work closely together with colleagues in our delivery centers in e.g., India, the Philippines and Latvia throughout an implementation project
Our client portfolio includes some of the biggest companies in Denmark across the financial sector, public sector, product industries, health industry, and resource industry. In your project you will be working with like-minded people on complex technological problems, applying the latest technology in Cloud, Security, Data, AI, Digital, Industry X, Enterprise platforms and Intelligent automation. You’ll find yourself at the intersection of business and technology as you help our clients improve their performance and create sustainable value for their stakeholders while you grow expertise within a specific field.

What we’re really looking for is a strong team player who is motivated by challenges and who is eager to learn and develop professionally. You are flexible in taking on new roles as you and your career develops and you take pride in delivering high quality on time while enjoying the ride together with your colleagues. If that’s you, you’ll fit right in. Furthermore, we imagine that you:
- Are finishing up your master’s degree in engineering, computer science or another discipline related to information technology – and can show us solid results from your studies
- Have a strong IT and Tech interest that you wish to develop further
- Are fluent in English and preferably in Danish

Based on screening, selected candidates will be invited to our ‘Graduate information evening’ with speed interviews on 17 November at our office in Carlsberg Byen. We will conduct the final interviews in weeks 47-48.
We are hiring for our next team of graduates starting in February 2023. Please note that we expect two weeks of the onboarding program in February to take place in Riga.
