Part of our customers' implementation process
Your primary role will involve migrating and updating our customers' IT solutions into either one of IT Relations data centers, Public Cloud, or a combination of these.
As a Senior IT Implementation Specialist, it is crucial that you can utilize your experience and knowledge to make decisions, advise the client and provide feedback to our Solution Advisors. This ensures continuous development of our products, excellent service, and a more agile implementation.
You will be part of a dedicated and competent team of 4-6 consultants in Transition - part of our Implementation department. In the Implementation department, we have more than 15 employees working either partly from home or from one of our offices in Herning, Viby, Kolding, or Copenhagen Ø. In Transition we work closely with other departments and use each other's competencies to provide the best service to the customer.
Is it you we are looking for?
You have several years of experience with IT projects and have worked hands-on with technologies such as MS 365, MS Azure, Windows Servers, Active Directory, File (DFS), Print, DHCP, Exchange, SQL, NPS, Certificates, Web, Powershell, Security, SCOM, SCCM, RDS, or similar.
As a person, we expect that you have a high level of service, positive attitude, act responsible and find it natural to build strong relationships with our customers. You feel motivated by seeing great IT solutions being implemented and have a natural interest in following developments within the field of IT.
You thrive working both independently and as part of a team, where professional sparring is an important part of the day. As a Senior, it is important that you are visible in the team and can share your experience and competencies.

Your profile:
- You have experience as a responsible technician in complex IT build, migration and upgrading projects
- You can communicate a complex message in an easily understandable and professional way in English
- You are resident in Denmark
- You are stable and motivated by delivering the optimal IT solution to the customer within the deadline
- You are positive and have a good understanding of your important role as Senior IT Implementation Specialist
- You are structured and take pride in helping the customer to the end
- You are a team player and able to work with colleagues across the business
- You possess the ability to communicate at all levels and is ready to take on any IT challenge
- It would be an advantage if you have certifications in MS-900, AZ900 or similar
