Become a part of our Global IT department

Our ambition is to transform meter data into insights that will help utilities optimize the production and distribution of clean water and energy. Therefore, we are looking for a talented IT Supporter to join our Onsite Support team.
With a direct reference to our Support and Operations Manager, you will become part of our IT department consisting of 60+ dedicated colleagues. Specifically, you will join a smaller team, working to provide world-class support to all our colleagues. Operating from our walk-in helpdesk based in Denmark, we support and troubleshoot a wide range of different systems and applications in close collaboration with our newly established First Line Support Center in Spain. In our team, you will experience an informal environment where we value professional sparring and technical discussions while sharing a laugh along the way.
A job with focus on IT support and user-driven service
As our new IT Supporter, you will be an important part of ensuring a high level of user-driven service for both our internal colleagues and external partners. This includes solving various incoming technical issues, as well as providing support for operational tasks such as setting up user equipment, computers, and mobile devices.
More specifically, you will be responsible for:
Personality matters
We are looking for a motivated IT Supporter who is ready to take our Onsite Support to the next level. We imagine that you have an educational background in IT, IT Support, Computer Science, or similar along with at least a few years of experience working with IT support. Previous experience working with computer/mobile devices and ITIL-based ticket systems in a manufacturing environment is considered an advantage.
As a person you are curious, service-minded, and have a structured approach to your work. This is why you naturally take initiative and strive to meet deadlines while ensuring high quality in your work. Your excellent communication skills enable you to communicate technical issues and adjust your approach according to the IT user's level of understanding. Lastly, you thrive in teams, where professional sparring and knowledge sharing are a natural part of your workday.
It is a requirement that you are fluent in English, both written and spoken. Danish will be an advantage.

- Handling Active Directory tasks
- Supporting and searching for hardware/software errors
- Setting up and supporting AV equipment in meeting rooms, printing solutions, and video conference equipment
- Responding to outages in our Danish factories
