The primary role of the content writer is to work alongside the Senior Digital Editor to develop content in different formats – from web copy, to whitepapers, blog posts, case studies, emails, landing pages, and more.
Fantastic communication skills are a must for this role, both to develop the content you are responsible for, but also to work closely with stakeholders across the business. You will collaborate with our in-house SEO expert, product experts, field marketers, designers, developers, and product marketers.
The role offers a fantastic opportunity to take your content development skills to the next level – we’re specifically looking for someone who is comfortable doing in-depth research and working closely with industry experts to develop thought-leading content. To succeed in the role, you take pride in the content you produce and leave no stone unturned to ensure it resonates with our target audience and delivers a great customer experience touchpoint.
To be considered for this role, you must speak and write English to a native level. The position is full-time and located in Siteimprove’s headquarters in the heart of Copenhagen.

Responsibilities
- Write, edit, and proofread high-quality content, maintaining a consistent brand voice throughout all assets
- Ensure SEO best practice, UX thinking, and data analysis are an integrated part of developing new content
- Ensure all content clearly communicates customer focus, strong value propositions, and appropriate calls to action
- Contribute to the global blog strategy and editorial calendar
- Work closely with Senior Digital Editor and product marketing to define audience, purpose, and messaging for content to support product launches, global campaigns, and overall brand awareness initiatives
- Perform other related duties as assigned
What we require of you
- You speak and write English at a native level, Danish not a requirement.
- Degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, or related field, or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
- B2B marketing content writing experience for multiple channels
- Ability to juggle multiple, diverse projects at once in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to write to brief as well as self-guided
- Experience with UX concepts, from design thinking to A/B testing and more
- Experience writing various types of content with a solid understanding of SEO best practices and the lead generation funnel
- Fantastic collaboration skills and ability to work through feedback constructively
