At ParsePort, we provide software that converts annual reports to XBRL and iXBRL format, and our customers are listed companies and auditors from all over Europe.
We are in the middle of a growth journey, which is why we are now looking for a Contract Manager who will help ensure that by 2022 we have negotiated contracts with all our future customers, so that they can meet the EU requirement to submit their financial statements in the new electronic reporting format ESEF (European Single Electronic Format).
About the job
After our salesforce has entered into agreements with customers throughout the EU, it will be your job to prepare the contracts and take the lead when the details must be negotiated.
Your primary task:

You have sharp skills in tendering, contract management and negotiation. You are enterprising and responsibility and ownership of your tasks. It is important to us that you are trusting and honest, as we attach great importance on collaboration; here we believe that you come the furthest with confidence.
You are precise and clear in your communication, so as to avoid misunderstandings; and you are not afraid to speak up when necessary.
To be considered for the position, it is a requirement that you are fluent in English both in writing and orally – also in negotiation contexts. In addition, it is a great advantage if you master one or more European languages. Please note in your application what language qualifications you possess.
We imagine that your educational background is Cand.jur, Cand.merc.jur or similar and we expect you to have at least 2 years of experience in contract management.
It's not a problem if you don't know anything about ESEF reporting and XBRL formats in advance, we'll teach you about them.

- Preparation and handling of contracts
- Advise on Internal and external contractual matters
- Cooperate closely with our salespeople both at our head office and in 14 EU countries
- Miscellaneous administrative tasks related to the above.
