You will report to the Vice President, Corporate Legal & IP, and work from Ambu’s headquarter in Ballerup and you will join a great team of six engaged and very motivated colleagues in the Corporate Legal department.
Primarily responsible for IT and Procurement
Within the legal department, you will be the primary responsible for providing support in connection with IT-related agreements, such as support and maintenance service agreements, development service agreements, professional service agreement and SaaS agreements. You will also be one of the primary responsible persons for providing legal support to the procurement department.
In addition, your responsibility will be to:
Solution-oriented candidate with a pragmatic approach
As the ideal candidate for this position, you hold a master’s degree within law and have 5+ years of experience with legal counselling from a law firm and/or as in-house legal counsel.
As you will be teamed up with two important business areas and in general have a lot of interaction with the business, it is important that you have business acumen and that you have high integrity, enabling you to interact with and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. You thrive on handling a wide range of tasks and you manage to consistently deliver professional and constructive solutions.
It is important that you are able to handle complex business structures, work methodically and thoroughly but at the same time solve and communicate advanced legal issues in a pragmatic, solution-oriented manner.
Since we are a global company, you will be involved in cross-cultural collaboration, which means that you must be fluent in Danish and English, both orally and in writing.

Within the legal department, you will be the primary responsible for providing support in connection with IT-related agreements, such as support and maintenance service agreements, development service agreements, professional service agreement and SaaS agreements. You will also be one of the primary responsible persons for providing legal support to the procurement department.
In addition, your responsibility will be to:
- Develop and maintain contract templates and legal guidelines in collaboration with relevant stakeholders from the business
- Draft, review and negotiate contracts, e.g. non-disclosure agreements, development agreements, sales and distribution agreements, clinical study agreements, licensing agreements, letters of intent, consulting agreements
- Provide support to projects and initiatives
- Provide ad-hoc advice on various legal matters
