We are looking for an experienced Resource and Contract Manager for our client within pharma.
You will join the the team for the Global Data & AI to coordinate and manage team resources, optimize capacity and supplier agreements across areas and teams in a large organization. You will be working with agile principles and processes across their development, operations and architecture team.
Location: Greater Copenhagen, hybrid.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
- Experience with contract management and procurement processes
- Strong interest in resource management
- Understanding of SAFe and Azure DevOps
- Experience from the pharma industry preferred
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Well structured, organized, self-motivated with demonstrated initiative,
- Ability to juggle multiple, constantly changing priorities, ability to work independently
- Professional level of English - both oral and written
- Valid EU work permit making you able to work right away
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Coordination of external team resources and capacity to ensure optimization, utilization, and continuous calibration of team setup
- Manage and optimize supplier agreements and handling of supporting systems and processes to ensure compliance with their procurement guidelines
- Enhance their supplier landscape and provide support to RFP processes in collaboration with management teams and corporate procurement
- Overview and reporting on contracts, resources and suppliers to management and providing continuous support to product owners and teams
- Follow-up on individual contracts with regards to agreed services, invoicing, reporting and overall supplier performance issues
