We are looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to join our team at our office in Copenhagen, Denmark.
In overall
You will handle independently a broad range of legal matters in support of senior colleagues, local management teams and group functions, in a way that provides an effective contribution to the commercial intentions of ProData Consult A/S.

Location/Travels:
Place of work: ProData Consult A/S head office in Copenhagen, Hvidovre. Moderate business travel is required (approx. 20 days/year).

You will handle independently a broad range of legal matters in support of senior colleagues, local management teams and group functions, in a way that provides an effective contribution to the commercial intentions of ProData Consult A/S.
Primary Areas Of Responsibility
Independently identify and drive new legal projects and initiatives across the ProData Consult A/S Group;
- Participate in handling a broad range of legal issues and disputes, reducing the liability of the company, and assure continuous compliance with applicable legislation for all legal entities;
- Assist and advise functional leaders at head office and provide legal advice to local management teams in our countries;
- Prepare and participate in complex contract negotiations and legal proceedings;
- Contribute to the development and carrying out of the legal strategy of ProData Consult A/S;
- Handle contact with external legal advisors – both domestically and internationally;
- Drive the legal risk assessment process and participate in group initiatives relating to compliance issues;
- Conduct legal training of employees across the ProData Consult A/S Group.
You Have
- Master’s Degree in Law (or similar) or LL.M.;
- Min 3 years of experience from working in a leading law firm, preferably within the areas of M&A, Corporate/Commercial or Competition Law;
- Min 3 years of experience from work as an in-house lawyer in an international corporation;
- Experience from working within IT services is not required but an advantage;
- Project management experience is desirable;
