The position
As our Delegated Authorities Specialist, you will join forces with your colleague of same position and together you will help strengthen our services to the RiskPoint Group. You will be drafting the delegated authority agreements with our insurance providers as well as entering cooperation agreements with the insurance brokers whom we have strong relations with.
In addition you will be updating our internal insurance systems to match our agreements so that our underwriters can issue the insurance policies correctly – a task that calls for detail-oriented skills..
Examples of responsibilities include:
The job will involve daily contact with colleagues, contractors, and outsourced vendors. Therefore, you should enjoy building relationships and be a confident communicator. The role will also require occasional international travel to visit our other offices as well as our insurance providers, who are primarily located in London.
This position can be based in any of our Scandinavian offices, but we do prefer to have you working from our headquarters in Copenhagen. Current residency in the country of location together with work and residency permit needs to be in place before applying. Please state where you are to be located in the application.

This role calls for strong analytical skills with special attention to detail. You are a proficient user of Microsoft Office programs, in particular Word and Excel. Additionally, you need to be able to work independently and collaboratively across different geographics in a fast-paced environment.

While experience and knowledge are important factors, the right attitude and willingness to learn are paramount. Whatever you may lack in experience and knowledge, we can teach you. Therefore, you can be fresh out of school, ready to develop your skill further, and we will take the time to invest in you. You can also be an experienced and pre-skilled profile, whom we can help further develop within the insurance field.
Since we work cross-borders, language skills are vital. Speaking and writing a very high level of English is a must, and knowing one of the local language of the country you will be placed in are preferable for the integration of the workplace.

- Oversee and manage delegated authority arrangements
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with underwriters, brokers, and other stakeholders
- Monitor performance of delegated authorities and provide regular reports to management
- Set up and maintain agreement structures in internal IT system
- Supporting the business within various topics, such as regulatory environments, contractual guidance, etc.
