Contract Manager, EPC

European Energy covers all phases of wind and photovoltaic (PV) solar projects, from early project development to operation and divestment of the assets as well as PtX. We are more than 400 employees with 30 different nationalities, and since 2004 we have installed more than 100 renewable projects representing a total value of more than DKK 15 billion. Currently, we have a development pipeline exceeding 25 GW and operate globally with our head quarter located in Copenhagen and offices in Sweden, United Kingdom Romania, Germany, Italy, Lithuania, Poland, Latvia, Spain and more to come. Our mission is to be a significant company in the global transition to a fossil free society.
As our new Contract Manager you will be part of our EPC department of European Energy, which has the overall responsibility for the design, planning, procurement and management of our projects during the ready-to-build and construction phase. We work with professional suppliers, partners, and sub-contractors for the completion of our sites.

Areas of responsibilities
- To support Project- and Sourcing Managers during contract execution and construction phase
- To ensure overviews are created, contractual obligations are followed and timely implemented
- To ensure milestones are reached and that EE acts according to the contractual obligations during the construction phase
- To take the lead in initiating and steering claims processes
Your profile
- Bsc/Msc Law, but it could be technical on a university level as well with adequate experience
- Interest in contractual and commercial details
- You have at least 3-5 years of Contract Management experience
- Documented commercial understanding is needed
- Documented experience in carrying out renewable projects
- You have a solid MS Office skills
- You have full professional proficiency in English – Danish is an advantage
