Join us and become Team Lead of Laboratory & Pilot in our Renescience Technology department, where you’ll be responsible for the operation of laboratories and analyses as well as pilot-scale testing. The department consists of six employees who support the development of the Renescience technology and is located both in Ballerup and Northwich (UK). The primary working field will be team management.

Your key tasks will be to
- manage and develop the Laboratory & Pilot team
- plan and coordinate the tasks of your team, as well as coordinate with the various specialists in the department.
- ensure development of the necessary procedures and methods for supporting technology development
- ensure safety as a key priority.
Your competences include that you
- have a master’s degree, e.g. in chemical engineering or similar
- have management experience
- have extensive knowledge about analytical chemistry and preferably also experience from working in laboratories or pilot plants
- have a proactive and systematic approach to your work tasks
- speak and write English fluently
- thrive in an international environment and are able to create good relationships with your stakeholders.
