Our quality department (QC) in Hillerød consists of approximately 150 employees divided into several analytical and support functions. About QC Raw Materials Sampling & Testing

The team consists today of 13 dedicated coworkers (5 Analysts, 2 Scientists (3 with you), 4 Samplers, 2 Student Workers and 1 Supervisor).

The team analyzes raw materials in pharmacopeial compliance for release to the production. The analytical methods include FTIR, Optical Rotation, LOD, titration, pH, osmolality, conductivity, appearance, ID, limit test and refractive index.

Qualifications

• You have a Master or Ph.D. in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotech or similar
• Experience with analytical chemistry
• Experience working with analysis of raw materials is an advantage
• A mindset for optimizing daily work with the patience to implement them in a GMP-setup

Primary tasks

• Approval of analytical test results of raw material samples in LIMS
• Troubleshooting of methods and instruments in lab
• Focus on continuous improvements to all our processes and challenge the status quo
• Approval of new QC analytical instrument validations
• Responsible scientist for validations or transfer of new methods to QC lab in cooperation with Analytical Development (AD) team.
• Support a safe and healthy work environment with good cooperation and OneQC spirit.
