In Process & Utility we focus on technologies and processes for Active Products, Finished Products and Process Utilities within pharma and biotechnology. We are part of a passionate nne project house and work in cross-disciplinary teams that execute around 1500 projects a year, spanning from smaller consulting assignments to large greenfield projects employing several hundred people on one project.</br Unleash your potential as a technology leadership frontrunner

This applies that we can transfer modern technologies and trends in the industry into concrete solutions on our projects. Our focus areas are continuous, flexible, and automated processes, manufacturing intelligence and digital solutions and not least solutions that will reduces the carbon footprint by 50%.
You’ll have a key role in making sure we lead our customers into this era of technology-driven, efficient, and sustainable solutions together with the P&U Management team. How you might spend your days
As a Director, you'll be working with a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team where you'll be:
- Lead and set direction for the P&U area in close collaboration with an excellent management team consisting of 3 department managers and a management supporter
- Lead a team of highly engaged key technical specialists reporting directly to you
- Be overall responsible for 80 highly skilled and enthusiastic engineers
- Be a P&U stakeholder in VP area leadership team consisting of Vice President and 5 fellow directors
- Translate overall nne strategy into objectives for P&U and drive performance
- Lead and drive competence development within P&U
- Work with Project Managers to assure resources and competences on projects
- Cooperate and give input to our departments for Sales and Front-End studies
- Collaborate closely with our Office in India where an increasing amount of the engineering is done

The miles you’ve walked
To apply for the position there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to succeed in this role:
- A degree in engineering within chemistry, biotechnology or pharmaceutical production
- A proven track record within process consulting, design & engineering or operation of biopharmaceutical facilities adhering to xGMP
- Solid experience of working in the life science/biopharmaceutical industry
- Relevant leadership/management experience
