Do you want to drive legal business partnering and work with the legal aspects of pharma engineering? Are you a trusted legal business partner? Then you might be just the talent we are looking for to strengthen our legal team as legal counsel at nne.

As legal counsel, you will be responsible for efficiently managing and mitigating legal risks in nne. You are a proactive legal business partner, who is well-founded in construction and contract law, and with a high level of credibility can provide legal support to senior management and other key stakeholders in the business.

The legal team works closely with the business, and comprises 2 dedicated legal business partners. You will report to the Head of Legal in nne, and be based at nne headquarters in Virum, with occasional travel to the affiliates in US & India. We have flexible working arrangements which gives great influence on how to structure your day.

How you might spend your days

You will guide and support your team in a dynamic environment. Your key responsibilities will be to:

• Support project managers / contract managers in legal interface matters during the design and construction phase
• Educate and train relevant stakeholders within the legal & compliance domain
• Draft and review commercial contracts with customers, partners and sub-consultants related to our projects
• Support senior management and other stakeholders in legal, contractual and compliance matters
• Ensure due corporate governance and internal compliance framework including business ethics, GDPR and export controls in nne globally
• Standardize and draft model contracts

The miles you’ve walked

To apply for the position there are some things that are needed, and others are a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:

• You have a master’s degree in law (Cand. jur.) or an equivalent university degree with law
• You have +3 years of experience with legal counselling. The experience may be a combination of work as an attorney and as in-house legal counsel
• Solid knowledge of construction and contract law, standards- and practices preferable within the construction or engineering industry or services relevant to nnes business
• You understand the role as a value contributor to the business and are solution-driven rather than just indicating problems
• You understand the legal area within claim management and/or the Danish consulting (ABR18) /construction law (AB18)
• You might have experience with GDPR or information security
• You are professionally proficient in Danish and English
