Then come join our team as a Corporate Financial Controller, where you primarily will participate in corporate financial controlling of our corporate closing process. Based at our Head Quarters in North Zealand (Hørsholm), you will in collaboration with other Corporate Financial Controllers report directly to our Senior Director, Corporate Reporting, Tax, Treasury and Compliance and form part of our team consisting of 8 colleagues. You will work closely with peer financial controllers in the department and other finance employees in ALK Denmark, and you will interact and communicate with and provide guidance for local finance employees in the global ALK organization to discuss financial matters relevant for the ALK Group.
Fields of responsibility
As our Corporate Financial Controller, you will analyze financial information and provide professional advice and recommendations in many financial reporting and accounting aspects, as you will:
Your qualifications
You have proven experience working with corporate financial controlling for global corporations and a master’s degree in finance, preferably within business administration and accounting, finance, accounting or similar. You also possess strong key stakeholder management skills and can collaborate at all levels within a global organization and also externally with consultants, banks, and auditors.
You have strong accounting skills and knowledge about accounting rules including IFRS though you do not need to be a specialist. You have a flair for IT systems including ERP and consolidations systems, experience with SAP/BI is an advantage.
Furthermore, you possess strong oral and written communication skills. You are proactive and pragmatic and have a natural structured, analytical and process oriented working style with a sharp attention to detail and accuracy.
Fluency in English is a prerequisite.

As our Corporate Financial Controller, you will analyze financial information and provide professional advice and recommendations in many financial reporting and accounting aspects, as you will:
- Participate in corporate financial controlling of the ALK Group’s closing process and understand the flow from entity reporting to consolidated reporting
- Be responsible for cash forecasting and reporting for ALK Group based on input from local finance teams across the world
- Be responsible for financial management of long-term incentive programmes
- Participate in the preparation of the Annual Report for the ALK Group and parent company
- Participate in regular reviews of internal controls in ALK affiliates
- Lead/participate in financial controlling projects for the ALK Group to optimize our global processes e.g., in relation to financial controlling and reporting
- Provide financial controlling support to local finance teams across the world
Your qualifications
You have proven experience working with corporate financial controlling for global corporations and a master’s degree in finance, preferably within business administration and accounting, finance, accounting or similar.
