Restaurant Hellerup Sejlklub is experiencing rapid growth, and with our new seafood menu, we've never been busier.
The restaurant is part of a small chain consisting of 3 hotels and 6 restaurants. Due to the high demand, we are seeking an additional chef to join our team. Our team consists of 6 chefs and a head chef, and you will become a permanent part of the team, working on a 5-2 shift schedule. The restaurant offers both à la carte dining and catering for events and is open 7 days a week from 11 AM to 9:30 PM.

**About Us**
The Couloir adventure began in the French Alps in 2006, where the Couloir bar was opened. A few years later, the adventure continued at Amager Beach, where we aimed to recreate the same atmosphere as in the Alps. This turned out to be a bigger challenge than anticipated, and in 2011, the ownership changed, with Kasper and Anders taking the reins, and they remain the driving force behind Couloir to this day.
After a few successful years by the water, we relocated to new premises in 2014/2015, where we still operate. The new location is at the base of the most beautiful building on the beach, Øresund Tower, and Couloir has evolved from a small café to a dining spot with ambitions. In the fall of 2014, Couloir took over the management of Restaurant Lynetten, and today, Anders and Kasper run both Couloir and Lynetten—two restaurants with close ties.
In the summer of 2017, we expanded significantly, taking a big leap and opening two more locations—we were offered two gems we couldn’t refuse:
- **Restaurant Hellerup Sejlklub**—a stone’s throw from Øresund with a fantastic terrace. We’ve assembled a fantastic team of chefs who create Danish cuisine with a twist.
- **Bistro Couloir**—a little sister to Couloir. At CPH Studio Hotel, we serve bistro food at its best, simple dishes made from quality ingredients. We’re particularly fond of the décor, bringing the best of New York style.
Since then, we have expanded to manage hotels as well—and now, an inn! Since 2021, we have been managing the newly renovated **Hotel Nørrevang** on beautiful Falster, located just 500 meters from white sandy beaches. Additionally, we have recently taken over the charming **Øro Kro and Hotel**. We are thrilled to open the doors to yet another idyllic Danish gem.
