We are Comfort Hotel we have great locations, urban design and we offer selected, but great service and facilities.
1 August 2020 we are opening the worlds largest Comfort Hotel. The hotel will have 605 rooms and a skybar on the 11th floor overlooking the airplane field. 15 XXL rooms with space for larger families or even a small soccer team. We will also have a fitness, a laundromat, five meeting rooms and of course a Barception, the beating heart of the hotel where our guests will hang out, order food, beverages and check in.
At Comfort Hotel we do not run a traditional ala carte restaurant. We offer a breakfast buffet, a restaurant with a handpicked selection of dishes and a deli that is open 24/7. All as organic and local as possible, because we want to be easy on the planet. In all aspects, we will make the guests stay easy to enjoy, especially also in terms of food & nutrition.
Sharp Kitchen Manager
Now we need YOU! To define and develop the most sharp F&B concept imaginable for our hotel in collaboration with the General Manager. You will navigate and lead your crew in the kitchen and at breakfast with a strong eye on quality, service, costs and food waste. Caring for people and for mother earth you will strive to achieve a great experience for our guests and for your crew as well as deliver great results.

Energetic & professional Creative & have a positive mindset Experienced manager from a variety of kitchens, min. 2 years Know your shit: P-costs ,COGS, hygiene, audits Flexible - walk the talk or in front of the PC Fluent in English & Danish, oral and written Love a challenge On the pulse Result & performance orientated Responsible, curious and a team player Love to motivate and develop you team
As a part of the hotels management group you will report directly to the General Manager and you will work closely with the Manager of Operations, who is responsible for the Front of House.
