Fratelli is the promise of an authentic dining experience, right where Italian cuisine meets the best Danish ingredients. We have allowed ourselves to combine passion for the good food experience with informal coziness and a good atmosphere.
We produce the pasta ourselves, the pizza dough is cold-risen overnight and baked in stone ovens. Risotto, salads and antipasti are produced to order and meat from the grill is a chapter by itself. The wines are imported directly from the producer, by our own sommelier.
To ensure a continued successful operation, we are now looking for a head chef who can be gastronomically and organizationally responsible for our kitchen in Kolding ì cooking for our guests in the daily service.

Your skills
- You are a trained chef and an experienced kitchen manager, with all details within the responsibility for the quality delivered from the kitchen, shift schedule, purchasing, self-control and stock management, gross margins, etc.
- You are a creative, approachable, communicative and motivating leader who understands the importance of being visible and bringing out the best in your team and developing your employees.
- You are visionary and passionate about being an important sparring partner in developing the place's future gastronomic ambitions, just as it will be your responsibility to keep
- You have documented understanding of the kitchen's profitability and kitchen percentages.
- You enjoy being in charge of the kitchen for the guests' entire experience
- You are structured and have a sense of order.
