Arctic Nightlife AS. Tromsø, Norway, is looking for cooks / chefs.
We are searching for a skilled and creative Chef for our culinary team at EPIC Tromsø. You will be responsible for making delectable American comfort food dishes that will elevate our guests' experience.
Responsibilities:
- Be able to cook all dishes on our menu to the standard of Arctic Nightlife, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.
- Take part in training and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Cooperate with the service staff to optimize the flow of the restaurant.
- Be fast and consistent with all plates leaving the kitchen.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is prefered.
- Culinary education is prefered. This claim can be exceeded with relevant working experience.
- Passion for American cuisine and a dedication to quality is essential.
- Be punctual, tidy and precise.
- Language requirements: English at a good level
- Norwegian / Scandinavian: Working knowledge preferred.
