Our company provides custom-built electrical and technical solutions where we are well experienced in designing, engineering, installing, commissioning, and servicing systems, components and interfaces. We also offer HV/MV works. Thus, our wind solutions cover projects in relation to Transition Pieces, Jackets, SIPs, Substations, Wind Turbines and Secondary Steel packages.

We need your help with

  • Branding/communication strategy development and execution
  • Employer branding – in close dialogue with our HR department
  • Internal and external content creation (texts, PR, articles, graphics, pictures, and videos)
  • Ads, Brochures, Banners, White papers, Annual reports, ESG & Sustainability reports, Minutes of meetings, and Newsletters.
  • SEO, LinkedIn ads, and Google Ads.
  • Exhibition and conference planning, preparation, and participation
  • Development and maintenance of our website (wordpress), our recruitment platform ProConnected, our QHSE & Communication app ProConmunity, our SOME channels (LinkedIn and Facebook), our digital showroom, and our CRM system
  • Setting up lead generation flow from our digital platforms to our CRM system
  • Choosing and ordering of sales materials and gimmicks.
  • Ad-hoc sales and PA tasks
  • Supplier management in relation to above

The position is new and therefore you will be part of forming the work tasks.

Qualifications that we wish you to possess

Apart from you having experience with a similar position, we expect you to speak and write fluently in English since we are an international organization (this will be tested).

You will have access to Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, and any experience with either of these is a plus. The same goes for experience with video creation.

Again, it is an advantage that you have experience with the above – but it’s definitely not a requirement. We will make sure to send you on courses to improve or develop any skills you might lack.

Personality-wise, it is important that you are self-driven, proactive, humorous, and outgoing to search out the most relevant information and news from colleagues, customers, and suppliers.

In relation to this, you need to be structured, innovative and have a strong planning-gen so you ensure a steady flow of communication and an ongoing strengthening of our brand.

Lastly, it is paramount that you are detail-oriented and result-oriented, so you provide quality work with real value at the agreed time.

Do we have your attention?

Monthly salary depends on competences and the number of hours we agree on. At the moment, the position available is for 20-30 hours per week, which is negotiable, but there is a great prospect of it becoming a full-time position of at least 37 hours per week.

Although we are a flexible workplace with the opportunity to work from home, you will be expected to work from our headquarters in Aalborg at least 3 times per week.
