The position As a Senior Communication Manager, you will be responsible for driving the annual report process, making this essential communication platform a flag post for our company brand, our strategic priorities, and key messages towards some of our most important stakeholders. This includes the following key responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of an accurate, timely, and transparent report
  • Work in a cross-functional team of copywriters, experts within visual identity, ESG, and financial accounting professionals
  • Collaborate with external design agencies and other suppliers
    • Beyond the annual report, you will be involved in corporate brand strategy and campaigning as an integral part of managing the Novo Nordisk reputation. Qualifications You have a master’s degree in communication or the social sciences combined with at least 4-5 years of experience in project management within a public or private institution, with a proven track record leading cross-functional and complex assignments, and management of a variety of stakeholders including the most senior leadership level. Ideally, you have worked with strategic editorial processes or creative campaigns in English as a project lead or associate. To thrive and succeed, you:
  • Have strong and proven project management skills
  • Have a good comprehension of business strategy across value chains
  • Have excellent communication and stakeholder management (i.e., collaboration) skills
  • Be highly structured, self-driven, and accountable, with a strong sense of detail
  • Be fluent in English, verbally and in writing.
  • Be energetic and agile, driving progress even when facing adversities
