In this role, you will act as senior advisor on leadership and executive communication on internal matters with focus on CEO support, in collaboration with key colleagues in the Executive Team and Global Communication. You will drive and execute on a broad range of strategic communication activities and engage across global functions and work with C-suite stakeholders internally in Novo Nordisk as well as externally, when relevant.
Main task will include: Planning and developing leadership and executive communication activities and key messaging, with a focus on CEO support Writing executive speeches and scripts for internal as well as external activities when relevant, collaborating with relevant functions and communication colleagues across Novo Nordisk Supporting global communication activities in engaging employees around company strategy and purpose Planning and developing content for internal channels as well as external when relevant in close collaboration with the Global Content Team Supporting Global Media Team and collaborate on key activities Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with a relevant academic degree in communications or similar, combined with a solid business understanding and min. 10 years’ experience within strategic internal communication from an agency, company, or organization.
Additionally, we expect you to have: A proven track record of advising senior and top management, preferably also experience from the pharmaceutical industry An innovative mindset, with experience in inspiring thought leadership on culture, values and leadership Ability to combine strategic insight with tactical execution – with an eye to details Strong strategic and analytical skills Tech-savvy, understanding and leveraging opportunities in digital communication. We are looking for someone with an impeccable English writing skill, delivering best in class speeches and crafting compelling messages. You should also have strong interpersonal skills enabling you to engage and interact with a range of diverse audiences on a global level.
