Organisational Change Manager – Drive communication and change Initiatives Are you curious about strategic communication and passionate about implementing organisational change projects? Then we might have a great opportunity for you to join our Global IT Operations Strategy & Transformation Team. The team is anchored in Global IT Operations which is an area of approx. 450 employees working across Denmark, India and the US supporting Novo Nordisk with IT Infrastructure and Operations. The Position The successful candidate will be responsible for driving communication and org. change management initiatives across our four Product Areas in Global IT Operations (Digital Workplace solutions, Production Infrastructure, Cloud and Corporate Infrastructure and Global IT Support. The candidate will be responsible for planning and driving communication and org. change initiatives in close collaboration with the team and relevant subject matter experts. Comm. and org. change initiatives may be related to organisational development, strategy implementation, training initiatives, Agile ways of working, innovation days (hackathons), workload and well-being or other Product Area initiatives. Your Qualifications
Master’s degree in communication, project management, digital innovation or related field 3+ years experience in communication, project management, digital innovation and preferably in a corporate environment Strong project management skills, with experience in managing communication projects from concept to execution. Experience with planning and executing leadership events and conferences successfully is a plus. Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for a variety of audiences. Familiarity with communication metrics and tools to track effectiveness. Ability to work in a fun and challenging environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong people skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. On a personal level, you are a team player and can build relationships with colleagues and stakeholders on all levels of an organisation. You can work independently and thrive in a busy and global environment where priorities change, and fast decisions are needed to move on. Success in this role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build credibility and engage stakeholders at all levels. Your responsibilities Create, develop, and drive concepts for communication and org. change management, incl. events (e.g. innovation events, hackathons) Manage various communication projects and campaigns from concept to execution. Produce communication content such as video, presentations, articles, and content for our internal communication platforms, incl. the Global IT Operations SharePoint site Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure communication efforts are integrated with other areas of the organization. Develop and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders across DD&IT, to ensure successful project execution. Manage communication budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed on time/deadline and within budget. Monitor and report on communication metrics to track the effectiveness of communication efforts. About the department
