Do you want to have a significant impact on our ambitious global HR and People Excellence transformation in the GN Group – a growing and strong global leader within innovative hearing aids and headset solutions?
Put Workday HCM on the agenda
As our Global Workday HCM Manager, you will be part of the HR Leadership team and report directly to the SVP of Group HR, Pierre Berkmann. You will set the overall strategic direction for the HCM team by leading, managing and developing 2 dedicated and highly experienced specialists based in Ballerup, Denmark.
Your team will ensure that Workday becomes an important source for GN managers when they need accurate data on all employees in GN. As such, Workday will enable us to make data-driven decisions and create new valuable employee insights.
In 2018 we introduced Workday, as GN’s first ever global HCM system to support our HR-, ad People Excellence transformation. The Performance-, Compensation & Benefits-, and Talent Development modules have already been launched. The Recruitment-, and the Learning Management modules will be launched by the end of 2019.
Drive change across the GN Group
You will be responsible for setting a clear strategy for and plan the implementation of various Workday HCM applications. Eventually, Workday will be adopted by +6,000 users globally, and you will secure a smooth implementation that meets security considerations and data integrity.
More specifically, your key responsibilities will be to:
• Deliver valuable business insights and proactive advice across GN
• Translate business requirements into process and system requirements in close cooperation with global process owners and IT
• Identify and communicate findings to strategic stakeholders across GN, incl. senior management
• Make GN embrace the new functionality delivered by Workday in the years to come

Strong Workday implementation experience
In this role, you need your strong engagement skills and energy to work globally and partner with the business. Preferably, you have some leadership experience, e.g. as a team lead, or alternatively, you are ready for a new challenge in your career. Moreover, we imagine that you:
• Have solid experience with implementing Workday in a global environment
• Bring experience with securing clear strategic benefits through Workday and taking the IT landscape and entire value chain into account, e.g. user experience, training, etc.
• Have a well-versed ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities
• Have experience with lean and data insights/big data/business intelligence – but it is not a requirement
• Speak and write English effortlessly, and you have the flexibility to travel frequently
You do not have to be resident in Denmark as long as you are able to be present at our global HQ in Ballerup 5-10 days a month.
