Job Description
Main Purpose of Job
As regional Marketing Manager, you are responsible for the development and implementation of marketing communication strategy for the region Denmark in close collaboration with eBike Headquarters for a strong brand Bosch eBike Systems in the region. You define regional marketing goals and are responsible for achieving the goals. You support the brand positioning and sales of Bosch eBike Systems with all measures and activities.
Key task
- Derivation of a regional marketing communication strategy from the central lifestyle- and launch communication strategy. Based on the defined regional strategy you elaborate marketing tactics and concrete region-specific marketing projects in coordination with central marketing department as well as roll-out this projects across all marketing channels.
- Online: Content plan, content management and reporting/creation of regional social media activities
- PR: Interface for incoming PR-related inquiries to eBike Headquarter and active relationship management with media representatives
- Fairs & events: Event organization and presence at local bicycle events, trade shows and sponsoring activities
- Retail-level marketing: Take into account needs/requirements of local retailers
- Sponsoring: Cooperation with tourism areas, influencer and brand ambassadors
- Creating of content-based projects closely with Headquarters
- Continuously monitor/analyze the market/competitive situation and prepare regular reports on marketing activities within the region
- Budget responsibility for the projects and control external service providers and agencies
- Takeover interface role between the regional market and eBike headquarters for continuous coordination and information flow
- Closely coordinate with service personnel in the region and provide marketing-related support
- Contact person for external marketing requests from Sweden
Qualifications
Your Profile
- Completed studies (master degree or equivalent) in marketing/communications
- 3-5 years’ experience in B2B2C marketing (retail and end-consumer) preferred in bicycle industry
- Passionate cyclist /existing skills and lived experience in the bicycle industry - Knowledge in project management of marketing mixes (events, web, sales marketing, print, PR)
- Excellent communication and team skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit, target- and result-oriented
- Self-reliant and highly committed
- Excellent spoken and written in Danish and English, ideally Swedish also
- Full driving license
