Job Description
- You will be driving Retail and User Marketing activities for Rotary Tools in the Nordic countries
- You will optimize the product and customer mix in order to achieve sales growth
- You support and advise Key Account Management
- You will have joint responsibility to achieve sales and margin objectives in the assigned region, together with Key Account Management
- You are responsible for regional forecasting and retail marketing budget
- You will serve as the link of communication between sales and marketing
- You develop, implement and coordinate a marketing strategy (marketing calendar and retail/user activities) with the aim to develop and increase brand visibility, correct pricing, promotions as well as assortment strategy and POS brand appearance.
- You pro-actively seek and approach opportunities for growth (offline/online)
- You will prepare regular business analyses to internal and external stakeholders
- You closely work together with the local PT sales and marketing structure
Qualifications
- You have a bachelor degree in business administration or marketing
- You have a proven track record and several years of experience in marketing and or sales
- You are a connector, enabling multiple direct links between several disciplines
- You are a good communicator and have very strong commercial spirit
- You have a flexible and pro-active mindset and a convincing personality
- You are a self-starter and a team player
- You are willing to frequently visit the HQ in Breda (Netherlands) in order to reduce distance between 'central' and 'local'
- You are fluent in Danish, Swedish and English
