The position
This is your opportunity to join a global FMCG operator – with the unique focal point of characterizing CO-RO’s communication initiatives on a global scale. You will be the main driver of our corporate communication, with emphasis on internal communication. You will enjoy a broad internal exposure and cooperation with key-employees on all organizational levels – from local General Managers or Executive Vice Presidents to Production Workers or Warehouse Operatives, who constitute the core of our business.
You will report to the Director, Global HR & Communication, and enter into a world-class HR team with the purpose of servicing and underpinning the global business through tailored solutions and activities.
Given the international scope of our business, you should expect up to 30 days of travel activity on a yearly basis.
Your profile
We are looking for a self-driven and energetic candidate to occupy this global position. As a professional background, we imagine that you hold two-five years of experience from the agency side – having touched upon different communication issues for differing clients. The agency experience within Communication/PR allows you undertake a consultancy approach when communicating current topics internally at CO-RO, both on a local and global level.
We expect that you hold a Master’s degree – e.g. within Journalism, Communication or equivalent. More importantly, you possess a mind-set that underpins our winning behaviors of Be Responsible, Take Action and Create.
As a person, you thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. Your behavior admits you to easily build professional relationships within all levels of an organization.
In order to be taken into consideration for the role, you must be fluent within writing and speech in Danish and English.
