As Trade Marketing Manager you will have special focus on Lower Gulf, based in Dubai as part of our Middle East & Africa Region. You’ll report to the Regional Sales Director for Lower Gulf and together with the rest of the team work on delivering on our ambitious regional growth strategy.
We have exciting development plans in the pipeline and your focus will be helping drive the commercial part of these from a trade marketing point of view.

To be successful in this role it is important that you have classic trade marketing- and project management skills, which can help drive your objectives and projects in complex environments.

As this is a regional role that requires that you are present where the consumers and customers are, the role requires that you can travel up to 30 days per year.

Responsibilities & Key Activities
- Drive the development and execution of the Regional marketing plan:
- Adapt the global strategy to the regional level in cooperation with Global Marketing
- Monitor market development and competitive activity
- Steer the Social Media agency on a day-to-day basis
- Develop in-store communication and promotions, and monitor the execution
- Actively participate in developing new product innovations
- Work efficiency:
- streamline the deployment and the follow-up of activities in the Region through relevant initiatives and processes
Your profile
To be successful in this role it is important that you have classic trade marketing- and project management skills, which can help drive your objectives and projects in complex environments.
We envision that you have and can demonstrate:
- Strong operational marketing competences and marketing toolbox
- 1-3 years’ experience within an international trade marketing role with a proven track record, ideally within FMCG or beverage industry
- Experience with Social media platforms
- Strong project management skills
- Experience in dealing with agencies and partners
- Experience with execution of brand strategy and action plans
- Good cultural awareness and understanding of the dynamics of different geographies
- Strong skills across all MS Office applications
- Eligibility to work in the UAE & business travel across the MEA Region
