We are currently looking for a talented and detail-oriented student assistant in Group Communications to join our global team. The job is located in Copenhagen. As Student Assistant, your work will support Group Communications by building our corporate brand – externally among the financial community and the broader public, and internally among your 11,000 colleagues around the world.
Your responsibilities
What we are looking for
We expect you to work between 15-20 hours/week, but we are of course flexible around exams. You should be fluent in English and Danish, both written and spoken. You will be working at our head office in Gentofte and report to Communications Consultant, Lena Hanfgarn Jensen.

Your responsibilities
- Creating a pipeline of content for high-speed delivery on the intranet, website and LinkedIn;
- Managing digital profiles (intranet, website, LinkedIn, image bank, video bank, etc.);
- Monitoring and reporting engagement on all digital profiles;
- Assisting with change communication-related activities with internal and external stakeholders;
- Supporting special projects including publications, presentations, media requests, films, trade events and newsletters
What we are looking for
- You are currently in the last year of your bachelor’s degree, or in the first year of your master’s in journalism, communications, linguistics or a similar field;
- You are detail-oriented, have a flair for writing and editing, adept at learning new technologies and comfortable working on various digital platforms;
- You are structured and able to multi-task to deliver on various ad-hoc requests.
