STG is looking for an experienced and energetic brand marketer who can drive strategic brand development and strong global brand performance for new launch initiatives. STG has an ambitious growth agenda and has recently established the Growth Incubator – a department with the sole purpose of gaining strong footholds in the growing categories beyond tobacco. The Growth Incubator represents the intersection of innovation, marketing and business development and will focus on new, innovative business areas to ensure long-term sustainable performance.
Reporting to the Head of Growth Incubator, you will be responsible for developing the global brand positioning and brand assets of our new launches, ensuring a consistent brand experience across customer touchpoints and markets. You will align with all key functions centrally so we can provide a clear brand direction and guidelines for how to communicate and live the brand, and, in close cooperation with the local markets, build a strong launch plan. Digital experience is a must as you will be shaping the digital strategy and develop toolkits and drive content for all digital touch points.

The role will sit in the Growth Incubator department for the first year after which it will transition into one of the global marketing teams in one of our divisions.

- Develop, produce and execute the global brand campaigns for our new launches, ensuring global relevance and local market buy-in
- Shape the digital strategy and develop, execute and track digital initiatives
- Drive penetration of the brand by creating brand assets and global toolkits that can be executed across key markets
- Ensure consistent execution across all touchpoints by assuming responsibility for the overall strategy and execution in the launch phase
- Ensure seamless alignment with global support functions and pilot markets
- Consult and support markets with building brand: 3 years plans, strategic initiatives etc.

- A self-starter that takes ownership, drive clarity and build strong relationships
- Ambitious and eager to learn and develop
- Someone who can make things happen by turning thoughts into actions
- Not afraid to speak up and challenge status quo
What do we expect from you?
- A relevant master’s degree
- 5-10 years of experience from a strategic marketing role, globally or in a large market, ideally both
- At least 3 years of digital experience in a central marketing role
- Strong capabilities within branding, digital activation, content creation, campaign development and project management
- An International, commercial, and data-driven mindset
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Flexibility to travel up to 25% of the time
- Ability to work from one of our European offices
- Candidates with experience from alternative nicotine categories will be prioritised
