Do you know how to create engaging communication strategy that drives understanding, awareness and customer experience among internal (C-level executives, business units, staff functions) and external (communities) stakeholders? Do you have proven track record of success in executing and managing communication strategies in large organizations? Are you passionate about communicating stories that engage and bring the strategy to life? Then you have an opportunity to make a difference.
Reposnsibilities:
- Create multi-year Information Security communication strategy.
- Execute change initiatives to establish communication framework, processes and institutionalize strategy.
- Orchestrate department’s everyday communication activities in alignment with strategy.
- Support marketing of Group IT Security and Risk newly established strategy.
- Create reusable templates for executive and other reporting.
- Consult and support staff and management in terms of communication approach.
- Measure effect of communication efforts and identify room for improvement.
Requireiments:
- At least five years working experience in strategic communication.
- Ability to work at operational, tactic and strategic level. You are both a very strong strategic communication advisor and a fast and excellent storyteller.
- You transform business challenges into meaningful communication plans and create purposeful messages to different target groups using whatever media necessary.
- You have excellent English speaking and writing skills.
- It is an advantage if you have experience with Information Security or Cybersecurity discipline.
- University degree, e.g. in Communication or technology business.
