Are you passionate about working with internal communication in a large, global company? Do you have experience in being a trusted communication advisor to internal stakeholders at executive level? And do you have a proactive approach to stakeholder advisory and know how to help executives bring across their messages to employees around the world through targeted communication? Internal communication to a global audience
DSV is one of the world’s leading transport and logistics companies and needs a strong communication team to support and communicate the company’s corporate agendas to more than 75,000 employees in +90 countries. You will become part of the Corporate Communication team and will play a vital part in communicating relevant company agendas to keep our employees informed and engaged about the company’s priorities, strategy and important news.

You will take on a role that demands a strategic mindset and excellent advisory skills. Some of your main tasks will be to:
A versatile communication toolbox
You have a vast experience with corporate communication and communication advisory in an international setting. You bring a versatile communication toolbox and know instinctively how to target your communication towards the right audience. Furthermore, you bring:

You will become part of a professional team that is keen on delivering valuable corporate communication that continuously enhances DSV’s visibility and reputation internally and externally. To fit in you must be self-driven, structured and be a quick thinker and decision-maker who also pays attention to detail.

A strategic mind-set and excellent advisory skills
You will take on a role that demands a strategic mindset and excellent advisory skills. Some of your main tasks will be to:
- Be a driving force in providing our primary stakeholders at Group level with outstanding strategic and tactical communication advisory
- Drive, create and execute on internal communication projects and deliverables across various channels
- Ensure alignment to the corporate business and communication strategies in order to create a targeted and valuable communication effort
- Assist in the day-to-day handling of communication inquiries from the global organisation
- Ensure compliance with policies and the corporate identity.
A versatile communication toolbox
You have a vast experience with corporate communication and communication advisory in an international setting. You bring a versatile communication toolbox and know instinctively how to target your communication towards the right audience. Furthermore, you bring:
- A master’s degree in communication
- 5+ years of experience in a corporate communication role, preferably at a listed company
- The ability to understand and navigate the dynamics and stakeholder landscape of large multinational organisations
- A strong business acumen and an understanding of financial communication
- An understanding of the importance of the internal communication of business-strategic agendas in a global organisation
- The ability to adequately balance speed and high output cadence with quality and sense of detail
- A professional and proactive approach to communication
- Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written, including correct grammar and spelling
- Strong MS Office proficiency
- Experience working with video and video editing
