The position
You will become part of a small corporate communications team that works dedicatedly with strategic and operational communication and public relations. We want to increase ALK’s visibility on and via our digital channels, and you will play a vital part in developing and strengthening our online communication channels internally and externally. You will report to the Communication Director & Head of media relations.

Your areas of responsibility
- Develop and execute stories for our digital channels, primarily social media, web and intranet
- Create monthly data insights on our digital performance
- Take part in editorial meetings and help generate ideas for future articles and posts
- Conduct interviews with internal colleagues and turn the interviews into compelling stories
- Maintain our global intranet and ensure it is always up to date
- Ongoing updates of the company presentation
- Assist in ad hoc communication tasks and support the execution of communication projects in order to create a targeted and valuable communication effort.
Your background
You are a strong communicator, especially on digital channels, and you possess a sharp business acumen. You have an ability to explain complicated matters clearly and simply. Furthermore, you are a persistent networker and can forge links throughout the company to source great stories and elicit expert input.
In addition, we expect you to bring
- A relevant master's degree in communication
- 1-3 years’ experience in communication, preferably at corporate level with an international organisation or at a communications agency
- A versatile communications toolbox and a solid understanding of strategic communication
- A strong understanding of digital communication and the mix of earned, owned and paid media
- Fluency in English and Danish is a prerequisite (both written and spoken)
- Pharmaceutical industry knowledge will be an advantage.
- Strong data analysis skills and a thorough understanding of social media algorithms
- Strong interpersonal skills, high drive and can-do attitude, proactive and structured
