The position
Are you an ambitious and visionary marketer with a passion for driving HCP engagement via digital projects? ALK is looking to recruit a highly skilled Multi-channel Marketing Manager for our strategic product portfolio, sublingual allergy immunotherapy tablets (ACARIZAX®, GRAZAX®, ITULAZAX®, RAGWIZAX®), which is a major growth driver for the company. The role will be part of the Global Brand Management team and among others, responsible for building an impactful global multi-channel marketing strategy and tools targeting HCPs while working collaboratively with affiliates and the wider sales organisation.
Together with the rest of the Global Brand Management team, you will develop effective campaigns and ensure a greater online presence for our brands in terms of e.g. e-detailing and HCP portals. You will become a key contributor to the digital transformation of ALK, delivering value to customers and colleagues every day.
The successful candidate is a passionate marketer with a strategic mindset and an extensive multi-channel marketing toolbox, including mapping of customer journeys and designing digital eco-systems that meet the needs of customers, as well as strong communication, project and stakeholder management skills. For the right candidate, this position offers ample opportunity to grow and assume more responsibilities over time.

The Global Brand Management team is part of ALK's Global Marketing department. Together, we are in charge of leading ALK's global marketing strategy and planning, portfolio and product lifecycle management, campaign development, launch management, and congresses and events. We are driven by a high level of professionalism, integrity, an open-minded approach and contributing to an inspiring and fun working environment.
The position is located at the ALK's headquarters in Hørsholm.

Fields of responsibility
- Spearhead the multi-channel marketing strategy and tactics for our strategic product portfolio
- Measure the success of our multi-channel initiatives through reporting and implement corrective measures / improvements accordingly
- Lead brand management projects, such as campaign development and competitor response strategies
- Manage market research, such as social listening and ATUs (awareness, trial, usage) to track customers' attitudes and behaviours and apply learnings appropriately for relevant tactics
- Ensure alignment across headquarters and affiliates, including sales organisation, for all new multi-channel marketing tactics and support local implementation
- Act as "voice of customer" by applying an HCP and patient-centric approach in all deliverables
Your qualifications
- 3-5 years of multi-channel marketing experience in a pharmaceutical global marketing department
- Solid track record of developing and rolling out commercially successful multi-channel marketing strategies and tactics, including e-detailing and online portals for HCPs
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with affiliates and effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and sometimes unpredictable environment
- Excellent cross-cultural communication and presentation skills
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
