Are you ready to make a difference for people living with hemophilia and other rare bleeding disorders? Do you want to become part of a newly established team supporting the core processes around our filling lines? Then you might be our new colleague in Biopharm, Kalundborg.

About the department
Biopharm Filling employs approximately 350 dedicated colleagues at our production site in Kalundborg. In this role, you will be a part of our project team, which consists of 10 highly experienced academics and technicians responsible for supporting project work in our filling and packaging facilities in Kalundborg. In other words, our team aim to conduct investment and optimization projects in a seamless manner.

The position
We are looking for a technical writer, who is ready to help implement and drive major projects at our site. Your primary tasks will be to elaborate and standardize technical documents (SOP’s, change requests, URS, qualification protocols etc.) for our optimization projects. This includes writing documents in a simple and clear language and targeting the texts to a specific audience. Moreover, it includes securing that documents are reviewed and approved by expert to ensure that key knowledge is incorporated in the documents.

Qualifications
We imagine that you have an academic degree in engineering, business or similar, supplemented with a minimum of two years of experience as a technical writer. Experience from the pharma industry or similar fields will be an advantage.

You enjoy working with details and thrive on working independently, systematically and structured to meet agreed deadlines. You take pride in identifying opportunities for optimization on a daily basis, while steadfastly maintaining your delivery focus. You are motivated by creating results, committed, and always takes natural responsibility for your tasks. You are a strong communicator and very good at collaborating with different types of people at all levels. Finally, we expect you to be fluent in both Danish and English and have great interest in working with Good Manufacturing Practice/GMP and LEAN.
