As part of the Brand Team and with a direct report to our Head of Brand you’ll play a huge part in the entire customer experience, manifesting the voice of the Nøie brand on all touchpoints. Whether it’s a long-form article or a short bit for our websites, you know how to engage and create interest from your readers, while nailing the tone of voice for the brand in every text. You’re creative, full of ideas and you love being challenged and to challenge the status quo. You take full ownership of your area and have experience working across different teams, with tight deadlines and in an agile environment.

As Content Writer you'll be writing about everything from our innovative way of creating customised skincare through science, data, and community feedback, to our sustainability practices and our users’ journeys towards healthier skin. You’ll also write about the science behind our formulations and a bunch of other exciting subjects that you’ll help to decide on. As the Content Writer, you’ll help the Growth Team come up with honest, engaging, fun, and interesting copy for SoMe and assist in making visual content for our digital channels.
On noie.dk and noie.com you’ll be writing on-brand and to-the-point copy for a long-range of customer touchpoints, so you'll be in touch with the entire customer experience from beginning to end. Therefore, we expect you to be exceptional at identifying and challenging our ways of communicating throughout the experience, so we always bring the most value to our customers.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and creating new content that resonates with our users
- Writing web articles, newsletters and social media posts with honesty, creativity and heart
- Creating new and engaging ways of communicating our brand purpose, USP’s and unique user stories
- Managing our email strategy
- Writing copy for all customer touchpoints on noie.dk and noie.com
- Assisting in creating visual content for our digital channels
- Coordinating and adding content in our content management system
- Proofreading and editing of scientific material
- Ensuring the integration of SEO into all content within the site
- You’ll report to the Head of Brand as part of the Brand Team
This is what we expect from you:
- You write perfectly in both English and Danish and you always communicate with a clear tone of voice
- You love to write and you’re great at playing with words
- You live and breathe digital
- You understand how to research and write about a subject from scratch
- You’re a collaborator by heart - you truly enjoy working with other team members (from community care to developers) in order to create valuable content
- You’re used to managing your own time and keep a cool mind when deadlines are tight
- You have an excellent understanding of different digital platforms and audiences, and you know how to twist your copy for each one of them
- You have experience communicating in a direct-to-consumer or eCommerce setting
- Knowledge of skincare practices and ingredients is a big plus but not a requirement
