Digital Content Specialist
We are looking for an enthusiastic Digital Content Specialist to create an engaging web presence for our Logistics and Ferry business at DFDS. As a Digital Content Specialist, you will be part of building web pages within content management system – Contentful, overlooking that creatives resonate with the overall brand and audiences, as well as assist in evaluating the performance.
In B2B Marketing team we strive for speed and impact in everything we do. It is a great opportunity for you if you thrive in a fast-passed environment, but at the same time know how to plan and structure your workload accordingly.
We are a team of 8 people based in Copenhagen and various places in Europe, but nevertheless have a very strong team culture and believe that only being team players we can achieve the best results. You will be collaborating with teams across DFDS, such as SEO specialists, UX, Technology & Innovation, Communications as well as external agencies to strengthen our online presence.
Main responsibilities
Your role will specialize in building effective landing pages for B2B campaigns and develop personalized user journeys, all while maintaining content across the B2B sites in more than 15 languages. You will play an important role in shaping our digital marketing campaigns as well as finding the most effective ways of presenting content to boost awareness, conversion, and retention of our customers.
As the above will be your main responsibilities, we would also like that you have the flexibility to support across the full digital marketing mix when required, including PPC, SEO, display, email and social.
Preferred candidate profile
It is important that you have good communication skills, both written and verbal and able to combine analytical insight with creative execution. You should be highly collaborative not only with your team members, but also various stakeholders across DFDS. Have attention to detail and be ready to deliver in a timely manner.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and/or Communications
- 2+ years of experience working in a similar position and have hands on experience managing various CMS’
- Enjoy writing and editing
- A general understanding of Google Analytics and SEO
- Fluent English speaker (native preferred)
