As Communication Advisor, you will be part of the Global Internal & People Communications team. We are 10+ colleagues highly specialised in strategic internal and leadership communication, change communication, employee advocacy and employer branding. Our team is new in its current form, which makes it an exciting time to join us. We are part of a large global Marketing, Communications and Client & Sales function in Ramboll with a total of close to a hundred colleagues worldwide.</p><p>Your role is split in two, interlinked functions. You will spend half of your time shaping and driving prioritised internal core communication processes related to annual wheel communication and change projects, as well as being part of the team working on Ramboll’s annual leadership conference.</p><p>The other half of your time, you will be communications partner to the Ramboll Foundation supporting and working closely with the Foundation leadership and board to plan and provide internal and external communication and events for the Foundation.</p><p><strong>Your key tasks and responsibilities will include:</strong></p><ul><li>Shape and drive prioritised core communication projects and initiatives relating to our Ramboll Group strategy. This includes<ul><li>Develop communication strategies, action plans and contents and coordinate with key stakeholders</li><li>Be involved in the development of the annual Leadership Conference</li><li>Develop concepts and support our local communication colleagues in the markets and geographies in their communication initiatives</li></ul></li><li>Be advisor and sparring partner to the Ramboll Foundation and develop the Foundation’s core internal and external communication. This includes<ul><li>Manage and take initiative regarding the communication narrative based on the current strategy of the Ramboll Foundation</li><li>Develop internal and external communication and drive project management of the annual report for the foundation</li><li>Plan and execute communication regarding internal and external events such as the Foundation Advisory Forum meetings</li><li>Coordinate communication and prepare presentations for the Managing Director in relation to internal and external representation</li><li>Align and coordinate internal and external communication between Ramboll and the Ramboll Foundation</li><li>Write and coordinate SoMe and website updates</li></ul></li></ul><p><strong>Your profile and development</strong></p><p>From<strong> </strong>the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow within the company. For this role, your starting point could be:</p><ul><li>Experienced communications professionals with a broad skill set in internal and external communication at strategic and tactical level</li><li>Experience with developing, project managing and delivering larger communication projects and events</li><li>Practise in change communication of strategic transformations</li><li>High stakeholder management capabilities</li><li>+5 years of experience with corporate internal and external communication</li><li>Fluent in Danish as many meeting activities are in Danish</li><li>Advanced writing skills in English (master’s degree in English, copywriter, or journalist) as most of your written communication is in English</li></ul><p>Personal qualities that will ensure you succeed in this role: You have a great stakeholder understanding and feel comfortable producing and giving presentations to e.g., the Foundation Board. You are structured and have good project management skills. You have a strategic understanding which you can convert to tactical production of communication products. You are a highly effective doer with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You are independent and thrive in an ambitious and global environment. Above all, you care about your work and your colleagues and are fun to work with.</p><p>It is a full-time position working out of Ramboll’s Head Office in Ørestaden, close to Copenhagen, Denmark.
