<p><strong>We invite you to bring your experience with communicating change into play as you contribute to implementing transformations in Ramboll’s global operations.</strong></p><p>Last year, we announced our new Ramboll Group strategy <em>The Partner for Sustainable Change</em>. The strategy comes with a strong focus on sustainability and our people and culture. We are successfully growing our business, and this requires transformations in the way we work globally, which need to be communicated and implemented among our current 17,500 colleagues.</p><p>We are therefore looking for a Lead Advisor in change communication with a proven history of change communication as well as knowledge and interest in organisational behaviour.</p><p><strong>You will join our Global Internal & People Communications team </strong><br>
As our new Lead Advisor, you will be part of our Global Internal & People Communications team. The team is new in its current form, which makes it an exciting time to join us. We are 10+ colleagues who are highly specialised in internal, leadership and change communications, employee advocacy and employer branding. Our team is part of a large global Marketing, Communications and Client& Sales function in Ramboll with close to a hundred colleagues worldwide across Ramboll’s 35 locations.</p><p>Your role will specifically be to support Ramboll’s Group function – Operational Excellence and Health & Safety – with change communication. The function’s ambition is to implement holistic operational processes, tools and governance that enable efficient global collaboration toward client goals.</p><p><strong>Your key tasks and responsibilities will include:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and manage stakeholder engagement strategies, as well as monitor outcomes and ensure follow-up in close collaboration with the change and transformation managers</li><li>Prepare and continually develop communication artefacts and comms plans to support the changes</li><li>Design business unit mobilisation plans and ensure onboarding and follow up with relevant Business Unit colleagues, e.g. local change agents, communications managers and quality leads</li><li>Develop tools for change communication and sharing best practices with change and transformation managers based on lessons learned and known methodologies</li></ul><p>From<strong> </strong>the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow within the company. For these roles, your starting point could be:</p><ul><li>Skilled change communications professionals at strategic and tactical level, and experience with developing, managing and executing larger change communication projects</li><li>Qualifications within behavioural change and familiarity with known methodologies, e.g. Prosci ADKAR</li><li>Relevant educational background at a Bachelor or Master’s level, e.g. Communication, Organisational Development, Change Management, Psychology or equivalent within the humanities or social sciences</li><li>High stakeholder management capabilities</li><li>Ability to train and advise change mangers on change communication</li><li>+6 years of experience with change communication, preferably in a large international organisation</li><li>Superior English writing and oral communication skills. Danish and other languages are extra advantages.</li></ul><p>Personal qualities that will ensure you succeed in this role: Great interpersonal skills and curiosity: You can build relationships with different personality types and want to learn where your target audience come from; Powerful ability to communicate: You can captivate and influence colleagues around you; Focus on delivery: You know that a deadline is a deadline and change communication is not a theoretical exercise. Above all, you care about your colleagues and are fun to work with.</p><p>It is a full-time position working out of Ramboll’s Head Office in Ørestaden, close to Copenhagen, Denmark.
