We are now looking for an experienced Freelance Copy Writer (Maternity leave cover) with great knowledge of content strategy and with excellent writing and proofreading skills!
As our Copywriter you will be responsible for securing that the brand is communication coherently across channels and touch points through commercial, creative, and proactive copy writing.
If you have proven experience as a copywriter creating and optimizing product copy for online content this is the right role for you.
You will be part of a scale up children lifestyle brand in a dynamic team powered by ambition, passion, and strong business acumen.
You will be referring to our Marketing Project Manager and you will be working from our beautiful office in Copenhagen, Blegdamsvej 124.
Overall purpose of the job:
You will be responsible for implementing a streamlined copy and translation workflow and develop a bank of evergreen copy that can be revisited and shared across channels with the aim of minimizing lead-times and reducing costs.
You will be creating, following and periodically visiting tone of voice guidelines and oversee consistence across all touch points and copy deliverables.
You will be responsible for editing and proofread copy as needed, including circulating translated copy for internal proofreading and in customer experience.

Responsibilities:
- Create clear, attractive and SEO optimized product copy for D2C and B2B websites
- Collaborate closely with e-commerce product enrichment responsible to ensure product descriptions formatted according to PIM system requirements
- Interpret content briefs and create copy according to requirements and deadlines for digital channels, including email, website and paid marketing
- Create copy according to requirements and deadline for all sell in tools including sales books and packaging
- Collaborate with functions across the business to deliver copy for both small and large-scale marketing projects
- Responsible for translation workflow end-to-end, liaising with both internal and external providers to deliver copy on time and according to brief
- Responsible for coordination of copy and translation between relevant stakeholders within digital, create and marketing teams

- Proven experience as a copywriter or related role
- You have experience in SEO optimization
- Knowledge of online content strategy and creation
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Experience with SEO
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Creative and Collaborative mindset
- Well organized way of working
- Excellent skills in being detailed oriented with an eye for accuracy
