EcoTree International in Copenhagen
We're looking for our Customer Success & Community Intern, with the possibility to develop into a firm full-time employment!
Your tasks would include:
- Respond to customer queries through email, chatbot, phone and Google reviews
- Launch extensive B2C customer surveys and analyse the data
- Professionalise our customer care and build strong FAQ's
- Manage and nurture our community across all Social Media channels
- Develop a deep understanding of our B2C clients and their motivations

EcoTree is a vibrant and successful French greentech startup aiming to make the world a greener place by planting and developing sustainable forests right here in Europe.
Five years ago, a group of friends from France quit their jobs and created EcoTree. They were truly convinced that investing in Mother Nature should be something easy, accessible, and financially viable in order to best engage people in environmental- friendly action. Since then, EcoTree has been growing rapidly and now has more than 55,000 individual tree-owners and close to 2,000 business clients. We’ve received many awards & institutional recognition, and we’ve recently been certified as a B-Corp organisation with distinction as ‘Best in the World’ in the Environment category!
On ecotree.green, in just a few clicks and starting at 15€, our private or corporate clients can develop their own portfolio of trees, thereby absorbing tons of CO2 in the next many years to come and helping preserve biodiversity, all while making a profit in the end! What’s not to like about that?
In late 2019, EcoTree embarked on an exciting international journey, with a primary focus on the Nordic region. This is where you come into the picture!
Who are you?
You are studying in the field of communication or anthropology and you are passionate about making a difference for our planet. You will be part of a young-spirited, vibrant and growing team, and take part in that wholly new and exciting chapter for EcoTree: the international expansion. More specifically, we are looking for someone with:
- Recently graduated or about to graduate
- The ability to give the perfect 1st impression for our customers
- Native in Danish and excellent written and oral level in English. Skills in Dutch and/or French are a plus.
- Solid theoretical strategic mindset, strengthened with an “hands-on” experience.
- Have a clear, professional, and informative communication style.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work independently on an initiative from the concept, to the strategy and the execution.
Further information:
Start date: February 1st, 2022
Duration: 6 months. Firm full-time employment upon successful internship
Remuneration: Depending on experience
Workload: We’re looking for either a full time intern or a part-time student.
