Play an active role for the Pandora Brand DNA and positioning
Pandora has successfully built one of the most well-known brands in the jewellery industry. However, there is a need to clarify the brand expression to reignite the traction. This has led the company into a transformation process from being product-driven to becoming brand-focused.

In this role you will be overall responsible for the Pandora Brand Identity and communication globally. This includes brand DNA and positioning, storytelling, tone of voice. Furthermore, you will be responsible for producing all key assets for all channels (on-off line) globally and overlooking locally produced content. You will also be the internal and external advocate for the Pandora Brand, able to inspire existing and future customers through the elaboration and implementation of complex marketing campaigns.

Some of your main accountabilities will be to:

  • Leading, developing and mentoring the management team consisting of 4 people
  • Ensure that the brand approach is aligned with Pandora’s strategy in order to secure consistency in brand quality and recognition globally and across channels
  • Leading the creative development of complex marketing campaigns across all media, including crafting dynamic data-informed, customer-centric and insight-based content and connecting that content with customers, thereby strengthening their emotional link to Pandora
  • Elaborating an effective monitoring system for campaign performance and delivering data-informed reports to stakeholders
  • Being an active member of Pandora’s Marketing Leadership Team while acting as a sparring partner to the Chief Marketing Officer

You will have the opportunity to travel up to 20 days a year to support our global organisation.

Excellent team leader with creative skills and a solid digital understanding
We are looking for a creative thinker who demonstrates excellent structure, solid digital understanding as well as a consistent data-driven approach to decision-making processes. We also value your experience from leading and motivating cross-functional teams in a global business within the fashion, retail or FMCG industries.

You most likely have a postgraduate diploma within Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or similar. We also imagine that you have:

  • Minimum 10 years of best-in-class marketing experience from similar roles, managing a marketing function for a company, a region or a business unit
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience with the daily management of cross-functional teams and the management of other managers.
  • Proven track record with successful brand building/relaunch processes
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and an ability to interact at all levels of an organization, as well as across functions
