Sanofi Denmark is seeking an experienced Scientific Access Manager - Immunology to lead, drive and execute commercialization of Dupixent through regional & local strategic collaborations with KOLs, HCPs and local clinics predominantly in the Western part of the country (area of Fyn & Jytland).
Part of your role will be to also ensure local access through driving regional payer engagement.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure successful commercialization of Dupixent for atopic Dermatitis through strategic projects and engagement of external key stakeholders
- Plan and execute strategic sales activities in key accounts in line with CONNECT framework
- In cross-functional brand team develop key tactics for key account opportunities/challenges at regional & local level in line with brand strategy
- Develop personal stakeholder network and build dedicated brand advocates in target accounts
- Obtain insights among key stakeholders and decision makers at regional and local level; be a trusted advisor providing science, services and solutions that adds value
- Map key regional stakeholders and local decision makers responsible for funding the budget processes in targeted regions/accounts; identify regional market access opportunities and barriers.
- Develop regional/local market access stakeholder network through strategic engagement and operational execution; align and coordinate interactions with Sanofi National Market Access.
- Act as a champion of “customer focus” and “patient centricity” providing added value and high standards of service through external engagement of key stakeholders
- Ensure to have an unparalleled scientific level in disease area and product /competitor data; participate in relevant congresses, symposia and educational concepts.
- Observe and analyze market trends and competitive landscape; ensure good understanding/insights in regional/local market access dynamics to proactively capture opportunities and mitigate challenges
- Contribute in budget process through analyzing target accounts and patient bottom up potential
- Map relevant patient journeys and healthcare processes in targeted regions and/or clinics to gain holistic insights about opportunities and barriers “beyond the drug”.

- Convert scientific knowledge into activities, projects and enhanced networks to create higher value.
- Preferably experience in managing different types of payers and stakeholders engaged in budget processes
- Prioritise, make decision and adapt to change with an entrepreneurial attitude and out-of-the-box thinking
- Effectively plan, initiate and run strategic projects
- Incorporate patient centricity in the daily work
- Be a teamplayer and operate in a matrix organisation and engage transversely across cross-functional teams
- Be self driven, proactive and outgoing and execute relentlessly
- Have a winning mindset with courage and passion throughout launch execution, and maintain focus under pressure

Essential requirements:
- Scientific university background - bachelor degree and/or other relevant education
- 2 - 5 years of Field/MSL/sales experience from a pharma environment, preferably within immunology
- Previous launch experience, ideally within speciality care
- Proven sales excellence track record and entrepreneurial attitude
- Ideally expertise from value & access
- Local healthcare market knowledge regarding payers and HCPs
- Experience in using the local code of practice for pre-launch and in-market products
- Good command of English both written and verbal
- Good IT skills and interest in new technology
- Excellence in presentation skills and project management
Other requirements:
- This position is 80% field based
- Regular domestic travel - customer engagement and other meetings
- Some regional and international travel - international congresses and meetings
