THE POSITION
The position will be part of Accenture’s Communications, Media and Technology Client Group practice, which is a department that consist of ~30 team members in the Nordics, of which five are based in Denmark.
The position will be located in Copenhagen and will report directly to the lead for “Communications, Media and Technology (CMT)” Client Group Denmark.
You will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, driving our key accounts in close collaboration with the CMT lead, as well as driving sales across all or a selection of key accounts.
At CMT we are advising our clients in a fast-changing industry with constant challenges, shaping creative solutions to support our client’s needs, and securing we bring the best Accenture can offer, across our service groups, to our clients in the different CMT industry segments: Communications and Media (including Entertainment), Software & Platforms (e.g. internet/tech companies), and High Tech.
Your responsibilities include:
- Responsible for sales origination with a strong focus on growth
- Drive sales processes and proposal responses
- Build client relationships
- Understand and leverage on Accenture’s echo system
- Contributing to cross collaboration and business development among all Accenture service groups, bringing the best of Accenture to our CMT clients
- Nurturing a “Consulting Practitioner culture” and continuously develop jumior colleagues.
You will be measured on the following success criteria:

- Maintaining sustainable client relationships
- Ability to identify, drive and close opportunities
- Ability to collaborate and create teams and offerings from different Accenture service groups
- Industry knowledge
- Developing our people
The position requires a person, who has a strong understanding of what it takes to drive a consulting business with selected key accounts in the CMT sector, growing a sustainable relationship with some of Accenture’s most important clients, identifying and closing leads, as well as managing a team of highly skilled consultants.
You must be an experienced leader with a strong track record in building relationships and hence enabling the business in the Nordics to grow. You must have a strong and established local network in the CMT sector, and profound experience from consulting.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Fluent in verbal and written English
- M.Sc. in Engineering or Business Administration
- +12 years of professional experience including a solid consulting background with experience working within the CMT sector
- Extensive networking and relationship building skills
- Experience working closely with clients and being client focused (clients comes first)
- Understands clients and their needs and helping clients to create value
- Possess high degree of business acumen
- Finds and sees opportunities
- Enjoys people management and the can build a strong team
