Are you a bachelor’s or master’s students, and would you like to start using your knowledge in a corporate context? You now have the opportunity to develop your communications skills in a department working across all parts of the global NNIT organization.

We are looking for an intern with a solid communicative mindset, who wishes to spend the fall semester working with corporate communications in an international IT company.

Your role and responsibilities as a Communications Intern in NNIT

You will be part of a team that communicates to all NNIT employees (+3,000) and to our external stakeholders via various channels.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Take ownership and drive the corporate news flow along with our news editors
  • Play a role in developing and maintaining our intranet (built in SharePoint)
  • Practice and execute storytelling on our internal and external channels across areas such as corporate and internal communication, sustainability, and employer branding
  • Review and provide feedback on various forms of text / content from the Communications and Marketing team as well as from other departments when needed
  • Write news articles, Social Media content, and take pictures and videos for our intranet, website, and our Social Media channels.

Your qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess, and wish to develop, a strategic mindset that allows you to see every story as part of a greater context.

You will interact with many colleagues across NNIT, so you must have great networking and people skills.

You always know who you are communicating to, and you can align your content to fit their reality and needs.

Great writing skills and an eye for communicating important messages through images and videos is a must – storytelling is a key discipline here.

You do not grow tired from doing research, and you are able to think creatively – both when writing and communicating in general.

You are used to, or can adapt to, a fast-paced work-life, where you will manage many different tasks simultaneously, and you can prioritize those tasks accordingly.

Last, but definitely not least, we are looking for someone with excellent English skills.
As you’ll be communicating with local colleagues from time to time, you should also be fluent in Danish.

You will be part of the CoMa team

Most of the CoMa team (Communications and Marketing team) works out of our headquarters in Søborg, collaborating digitally with colleagues in all of NNIT’s offices around the world.

We are a group of highly skilled communicators and marketeers, and we make an effort to share knowledge across the team.

Whether we are working from home or at the office, the level of interaction is high, and even though we are often busy, we always have time for a laugh.

Practical information

The internship is rewarded with DKK 3,000 per month (if your study program allows this), and you will be provided your own workstation incl. a laptop at our headquarters in Søborg, DK, with paid lunch every day. We can fit the internship around your study plans, but a minimum of 25 hours per week is preferred.

Application deadline: March 31st

The sooner you apply, the better, as we will evaluate applications on an ongoing basis.

Preferred start date and duration: From September 2022 and a duration of at least three months.
